How long will my order take to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days.
At One Star, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours after confirmation. Please ensure you are available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you for any delivery updates.
Note: Timely delivery may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances.
What are the delivery charges?
- Free shipping on orders over Rs 2000.
- For orders below Rs 2000, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner’s website.
How many times will the courier attempt delivery if I am unavailable?
Our delivery team will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel. If you are unavailable on the first attempt, a second attempt will be made on the next business day.
What could cause a delayed delivery?
